Beautiful traditional Japanese house. The host, Hiro san, was very kind and helpful. The futon was very comfortable to sleep in and the bath prepared by Hiro san was really relaxing.

Super great host!! He was so nice. The accommodation has everything and I felt very welcomed. It is a 10 min walk from the Imaichi train stations. The private room is extremely comfortable and in Japanese style. The dorms were also great but not so comfortable because moving in your bed affects the other 3 people in the dorm. The 4 beds are part of one single structure, similar to a capsule dorm.

It is a Japanese traditional house homestay with tatami which located only 5 mins walk from the train station. We got a big room as there were 4 of us. The room is spacious which is sufficient to open all of our luggages. The owner Mariko-san is very friendly as she took good care of us. She drove us to the bridge and prepared different types of breakfast for 2 days. She also gave us souvenirs which made by herself. We felt like home throughout our stay.

This was a lovely place, they were waiting for us with a map and a lot of information of the city, the room was big, a lot of space to save stuff. The breakfast were incredible and free! i really loved it , and even when we returned in the night they have some fruits and miso for us they were really kind and a lovely persons, I felt like home.

The property was in a great location for accessing the sights of Nikko.The owners were warm and welcoming.The food was great (especially the mashed potatoes!) and we made use of the outdoor onsen bath on the night of our stay and the following morning.

I’m not used to be so generous in my reviews, but Sanga Nikko deserves not a 10 but an 11! outstanding facilities, location and the owners are incredible people. One of the 3 places around the World that I now I’ve to go back for sure 😀

About a 20-minute walk from the Nikko shrines, Annex Turtle Hotori-An is situated next to the Daiya river and green forests. It features hot spring baths with river views.

Lovely staff, tasty brakefast, very clean, onsen, near the main atractions. It's a little bit far from the station but still it's great hotel.

Eimi guest house is spectacular, it gives you the opportunity to sleep in a real, authentic japanese house. It was spotless, the room was spacious and very comfortable. It is also well located close to the train station. Eimi also was very welcoming and super helpful, wether it was to check the train timetables or to recommend activities and restaurants in the area. I really recommend this guesthouse for a stay in Nikko!
