The room had a lounge, plenty of furniture, a large comfortable bed, with plenty of natural light, and both the room and bathroom were large and spacious, and impeccably clean. The host, Vladimir was a lovely man, very willing to help, made you feel very welcome, and provided a wonderful breakfast.

The host was very accommodating. Helped me find a salon to get my beard trimmed, helped me understand the metro system in Almaty and even allowed me to keep my bags at the reception at no extra cost as my train to Taraz was late at night. The room was spacious and clean and had all facilities one could require.

The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting with translation and interpretation, which made my stay much easier, especially as a traveler in a new city. The Almaty city is located in a vibrant area with plenty of attractions nearby. The owner took the time to provide detailed information about the city, including the best places to visit, local customs, and public transport tips. They even helped me organize my entertainment, from guiding me to popular attractions to suggesting hidden gems that only locals know about.

Location is good. Near to eating places. If you don't mind 15 minutes walking you can get to Green Bazaar and mosque. Staff are very helpful. Even with language barrier they make their best attempts to assist. Aida and Laura are the best. They even helped me with good delivery app when I got stucked while making orders. Room is comfortable especially with balcony room.
