Thank you so much for all the effort in arranging transport and to make me feel comfortable. I loved my stay very much. Especially the matrace was one of the best I ever slept in. The dinner was amazing every time I joined as well as the breakfast. Watching the birds in the garden during breakfast was another plus for me. Pali and his family are sincerely warm and helpful. Pali introduced us to different restaurants where locals eat, and took us there personally. We were invited to join the family in a community New Year’s celebration and they prepared a surprise New Year’s Day breakfast feast. The room was spacious and clean, quiet except for the roosting flocks of birds from the lake. Wonderful.

Amazing place. Great service, the family is so kind and really does everything to make your stay the best it could be. They helped me with arranging a reliable and friendly driver to get from the airport to the guest house, and we stopped multiple times so I could try local fruits, so sweet. The son of the household showed me around Mihintale, and the parents provided a lovely meal every morning and evening at my requested time - absolutely amazing food that will keep you going for days haha! The room was very nice and clean. I was looking for something a bit more fancy, and definitely got what I was looking for and for a great price. Super comfortable bed and pillows, soft sheets and a nice bathroom. Environment is super calm and great if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Peacocks, chameleons and beautiful butterflies all around, you can spot everything from the comfort of your breakfast table. Honestly couldn't think of any improvements!

When we booked at the property the manager kalhara message me and told me he could pick us up at the buss stop for free and when we arrived at the property me showed us round and asked if we wanted tea or coffee and told me if we need anything or we need any advise about the area just to message him any time the room was top notch it was very well finished and tiled floor and nice fittings and had kettle and lots of coffee and different tea and water and he said if you need any more just let me know the next day I wanted to go and see the ancient city and temples and Kalhara and his cousin akash detailed we we should go and visit and organised a good scooter for us the next day we wanted to go to the train when we was leaving and he organised me a taxi and also the breakfast was fantastic lots of food and served outside in a nice area and also we both had a good nights sleep and the air con is really good to all in all it was a really good experience from booking and arriving to leaving 10 out of 10 from us
