Our stay at the Beach House was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The accommodation is a little outside of the city center, but we liked that because it was super quiet and the beach was almost empty.

A nice and clean, basic room. Comes with a fan and a mosquito net. The bed was large. The room comes with a kettle. The host was nice. Provided us with a knife and a plate to have some fruit when we asked for it. The location is good.

We really liked the stay. It was end of season and not busy. The room (No. 12) was clean, power outlets near the beds. Even the switch for the fan. Mosquito net in front of the bathroom window. Nice balcony. Very friendly and welcoming host. Offered us a different room, due to a loud party in the neighbourhood. Can't tell about breakfast, since it was not included. Best stay so far in Sri Lanka.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to travelers. If I ever get a chance to visit Hikkaduwa again, I will definitely book a stay here.

It's amazing place. The staff are very cordial and friendly. Wonderful welcome drinks and breakfast. Rent was so cheap. Very close to Hikkaduwa beach. I loved that place. I wanna visit it again.. I missed it.

Awesome hotel! I liked absolutely everything here Very kind and polite staff, a beautiful room with air conditioning, very tasty breakfasts. There is also daily cleaning, which is very cool Living here is very comfortable, near the beach and many places where you can go. 10/10

This is the most amazing family I have met in Sri Lanka in three trips❤️ from the first minute you feel like you are visiting close relatives, so much love and care I received from Ishima and her family 🥰 next to the house is a small forest, incredible amount of all kinds of birds, plants, fruit trees 🦚🌿 absolutely quiet place, no noise of road and railroad, but at the same time the road to the beach is comfortable to walk. if you want, they will cook you delicious food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. thank you for such a warm welcome🙏

Excellent clean, fresh, large room with comfy bed and good shower (actually had a shower curtain, which made a nice change!). Large communal area with a two-ring burner, fridge and kitchen equipment, which was really handy for making breakfast. Train was noisy when it passed by, but we got used to it, and they don't seem to run at night. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Host was very friendly and we wish her well in her new venture.
