Lovely, accommodating family. Looked after us well. Host took us on an informal safari trip to see animals truly in the wild and history of local boulders. Great pool. Excellent food. Beautiful unspoilt beach but not for swimming.

The location within green rice fields is stunning. The food was tasty and the staff was always very welcoming and helpful. It was awesome that the food (breakfast and dinner) was served outside. In general I would recommend this place to anyone.

The family that run Viveka are just wonderful. The actual property is superb, hidden behind a back road and opening up to a gorgeous rice paddy filled with exotic birds. The gardens that you can chill, sit and eat in are also so beautiful. We saw turtles in their river, it was really cool. The Safari they booked for us was AMAZING. Our guide was the first one at any leopard siting and just absolutely blew us away. We cannot recommend booking safari through Viveka enough. Our safari guide was called Sule.

Great base for visiting Yala. Owner was extremely helpful and made our stay more pleasurable because of his helpfulness and kindness. Breakfast provided was excellent. Plenty of food. Rooms were really well thought out and extremely comfy. Made for a very relaxing stay. Owner organised a very reasonable taxi for our onward journey to Ella.
