A beautiful place situated 2 minutes from the beach. Really well presented, extra touches to make everything appear special with flowers on the bed and on dining table. Beaches and pool towels are also provided which is very handy. We and an evening meal which was very tasty and plentiful. Yes indeed the area has more mosquitoes than perhaps others but the hotel takes many steps to alleviate the nuisance. We didn’t find the railway a bother at all. All in all a great place and happy to recommend.

Starting with the room, it was very beautiful and comfortable - a bit small, but it's the nicest room I've ever stayed in.The bathroom was private, spacious, and clean. Aayu was super friendly, providing us with all kinds of information we needed. The breakfast was fresh with a big selection of fruits, along with yoghurt, toasts, sausage and eggs and delicious homemade cake! Very close to the beach, clean facilities and a cute teddybear-like watchdog! Will always come back to this place when near Bentota!

We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. It is in a great location, only 5 min walk to the beach and close to nice restaurants and the train station (which we couldn't here at all). The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even got up to say goodbye at 5.15 before our transfer to the airport.
