A newly built cute little family owned place. The mom and son are new to hosting guests and were very dedicated to making us feel comfortable. They welcomed us with tea and cake. They were very sweet and the place was comfortable. It is very conveniently located close to a tea estate. 10 minutes walk to the railway station and a 15-minute leisurely walk to Nanu Oya Falls. The place is also away from the touristy area and so you get an authentic view into the daily life of locals. The locals were also very friendly, and everyone would smile and wave. The mom got up very early next morning to make us a cup of tea and see us off as we were boarding the first train to Colombo.

This is a very welcoming place. The owner is really good and took a really good care of their guests! Keep asking if i have problems or not. That’s really nice! Ordered fish curry for dinner and it was really delicious and for that portion, the price is pretty cheap. They can arrange pickup from the train station. The room is really spacious for family up to 5 people! I was alone so i got all the 3 queen beds for myself lol the famous lover’s leap waterfall located just less than 2km from the house. I really recommend this stay!

The room was clean and equipped with blankets, which was great because it sometimes got a bit chilly. The breakfasts were very good, and Rajith is a very kind and helpful person – it was a pleasure talking with him. There's a bus stop right next to the property, which makes it easy to get to the city center. I definitely recommend this place!

Everything was amazing. It was such a sweet place to stay. The room was quite comfortable - a large comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and everything was clean. Since it might be a little cold in that area, I was offered an extra blanket for sleeping. The breakfast was large and really delicious, and you could also get some Ceylon tea if you wanted. The host was a tourist guide who kindly offered to take me on a tour of the tea factories, which I was very grateful for! Thank you so much for having me! It was an amazing experience, and next time, I will definitely stay with you again, thank you!

First of all, this very lovely family are wonderful people! They welcomed us at our arrival, and offered cup of teas. They will make you feel comfortable and that you will spend a good time during your stay. The rooms are clean. The view from it is breathtaking, overlooking tea plantations. Home-cooked rice & curry dinner was, as usual, big and very tasty (they will adjust the spice levels if needed as it is fresh!). Breakfast is also delicious. The exchange with the family was smooth and pleasant, sharing stories. We even had the chance to try on the local (sweet) red wine, offered by the hosts. 😝 I highly recommend staying there, and will certainly be back on our next visit to Nuwara Eliya.

Moran and his family were very lovely. It was just like being at home, with shared kitchen and dining facilities. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. They even went out to get us our takeaway dinner and served it up to us.
