The room was clean, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the.green hills, perfect for chilling..There is hot water in the shower, which is really nice in not so hot evening temperatures. The owner was really helpful and kind, he helped me.organise few trips and recommended a reliable ruk tuk driver and offered advice on things to/see and how to do it. I cannot recommend it enough!

Nice and cozy little place in Dickoya runned by a very nice family. 5 min walk to a beautiful tea plantation where you can walk for hours and enjoy the view. We rented a scooter from the owner and he recommend places to visit which was a perfect day driving around incredible nature and spectacular views. We ate all our meals in the homestay which I recommend, Sri Lankan kottu was amazing:) Also, they washed some laundry for us free of charge:)

A newly built cute little family owned place. The mom and son are new to hosting guests and were very dedicated to making us feel comfortable. They welcomed us with tea and cake. They were very sweet and the place was comfortable. It is very conveniently located close to a tea estate. 10 minutes walk to the railway station and a 15-minute leisurely walk to Nanu Oya Falls. The place is also away from the touristy area and so you get an authentic view into the daily life of locals. The locals were also very friendly, and everyone would smile and wave. The mom got up very early next morning to make us a cup of tea and see us off as we were boarding the first train to Colombo.

The room standard is higher than in any other location we've stayed in Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. This stay exceeded our expectations! It has a more hotel-like feel and is super centrally located beside lake Gregory & close to Victoria Park. The staff were excellent and so friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and you can see an amazing sunrise over lake Gregory right from the building! There is an area for parking if needed. The room is super comfortable.
