It was brand new accomodation downtown in Mexico City. it is just few steps from Cathedral and main streets. Colin was super nice and recommended me what to see, where to eat and gave me some other tips. The room looked exactly as on pictures. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose in between few types of breakfast. moreover the breakfast is served on rooftop terrace with nice view (and some stairs - so you can enjoy some cardio in the morning 😉)

Downtown treasure place was a great place to stay- it was well located close to the metro bus (1 block away) and metro train stations (4 blocks away). The facilities were lovely- comfortable beds, many bathrooms, showers with hot water, great traditional Mexican breakfast (very tasty and different option each morning) and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you are willing to use public transport.

Very cosy room, good WiFi connection. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The check in was flexible and we could leave our baggage in the storage on the day of check-out. Kitchen also had everything. The host was also really nice.

Great value, really friendly and welcoming staff. They let us keep a key to the building to fetch our bags. Really lovely social areas with amazing views of the city and areas to sit when it's raining. We booked a dorm and they upgraded our room to a private dorm with just two beds. Really great place.

The location is very central, 4 minutes walk from the center. The place is very very quiet and peaceful. The bedroom was perfect, the bed so big and so comfy, as the first night after our trip from Europe I would not have dreamt better. Consuela is very kind and attentive. The shared kitchen is spotless with access to free tea, coffee and yummy biscuits. I highly recommend staying at casa Tamayo !

Loved my room ,which was clean and had a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Handy to have access to a kitchen and lounge area. The hosts Jorge and Jose kept me informed through whatsapp and google translate (apologies for my not speaking more Spanish!) A great area for restaurants, yummy baker and fab market 10mins walk away. Very close to walk to Frida Kahlo museum and Leon Trotsky museum and a great park nearby. I felt super safe in the area and everybody was sooooooo friendly. I will definitely book Finca Coyoacán in the future when I come back to Mexico City 🤩
