The amaxing ambiance, patio, dining room and tv room. Many places to hang out and meet other people. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, the beds made up. I slept in 3 rooms, love the rooms with the normal beds ans lots of space. Although I slept very well in the bunkbed dorm too. It is a quiet hostel, not to big. It felt to me like a family as everyone shows up in the dining room, having breakfast together. And the quality of the food is amazing, fresh prepared, every day different and always this finishing touch like being in a restaurant. A very good start of the day this fulfilling breakfast. The owners are so nice too. They cooked for us on mole night, pizza night. I felt so taken cared for. I might be spoiled now.....

The hosts were super friendly and all accomodating. They even helped us get to the main station at our check out day. Definitly a place l will come back and highly recommend

Awesome stay. Arturo was extremely friendly and went to great lengths to provide everything we need. I also recommend tours he can arrange - it was great, without tourists traps and much cheaper than in the city.

I can't say much because I only stayed the night and essentially only used the toilet shower and bed, but I was very welcomed when I arrived and everything was just as it should be. Curtains on the beds and charger and light. Great price, can't complain

This is the perfect little home for singles and couples on a trip to Oaxaca. Close to everything, very cozy, lovely hosts, best location in the city. Nice little working space, natural light. Netflix. Really recommend for a no-frills stay!

The hotel owner, Luz, and her mom, Juanita, were so personable and warm. They really helped me and my friend order food, drive us, and also made me tea and soup when I was feeling sick! It felt like I was being taken care of like family and I am so grateful to have met them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house in Oaxaca, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how charming and beautiful the home was. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood Xochimilco , the house offered the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. The room interior was enough,decorated with traditional humble Oaxacan artwork, aThe shared kitchen was fully equipped, which made easy if you needed silk Tajin for your margaritas or a shared mini fridge to store your cornas or modelos cervezas , and shared the living room had a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to wait there if you have an early arrival prior your room is ready. The highlight of my stay was the outdoor balcony of our room , which provided the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of mezcal in the evening while watching the sunset. The house is cute and was well-maintained thanks to Carlo his wife who were to die for and added a lovely touch of stay in Oaxaca Location-wise, this house was ideal — just a short walk to Oaxaca's historic center, where you can explore the vibrant markets, taste the delicious local cuisine, and immerse yourself in the city's rich culture. At the same time, it was tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available to offer recommendations and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I truly felt like I was staying in a home away from home. If you're looking for a place to stay in Oaxaca, this house is an absolute gem!
