United StatesThe communication and check-in processes were very good. I didn't meet anyone, but I felt like they were always available to help and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is small but clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, and even a shared kitchen. Everything was very clean. They were very nice and accommodating with all of my requests. I would stay again. The location is very good and really close to the ADO station. Although I used the AU station, it's about a 15 min walk. Not bad!
