The room was very comfortable and clean and the complimentary coffee delicious. Due to experience outside of our control we were very late and stressed when we arrived at the property. Our host, Sergio was very kind and hospitable. Sergio and Joy looked after us exceptionally well:)

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tunich Jungle Cabañas and Restaurant and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our main host, Jose, and his wonderful colleagues. Their genuine friendliness and hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable vacation. The location of Tunich Jungle Cabañas and Restaurant was simply perfect. Situated in the Hotel area of Tulum, we were just a short 3-minute walk away from the pristine beach coast. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location provided easy access to the city area, the renowned ruins, and the breathtaking Sian Ka'an Reserve, making it an ideal base for exploration. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast that awaited us each morning. The talented team at Potheads restaurant prepared a mouthwatering spread featuring local fruits and juices made from these fresh, tropical delights. It was evident that they took great pride in showcasing the vibrant flavors and ingredients of Mexico, and we truly savored every bite. Their dedication to using local produce added an authentic touch to our dining experience. Despite the minor inconvenience of the mosquitoes during the rainy season, the swift resolution offered by Jose exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our time at Tunich Jungle Cabañas and Restaurant was truly magical, thanks to the extraordinary service, beautiful surroundings, and authentic Mexican experience.

The place is lovely, the staff are even lovelier. It’s not perfect, but it has an amazing atmosphere, and we really enjoyed it.

This penthouse is a gem! Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!
