This is an exceptional hotel! It’s a beautifully designed new building which has an air of peace and serenity. The bed was really comfortable with high quality linen. Anne was so lovely and helpful and made the most delicious breakfast each morning with a great variety of foods. We absolutely loved our stay and would have loved to stay longer.

Gerard's is an excellent base for backpackers and hikers interested in exploring the trails and the attractions around Tanah Rata in rhe Cameron Highlands. The rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet and good value for money. Jay is a wonderful host and a mine of local knowledge about the trails, the tours, the restaurants, the attractions and the history of the area.

Room was very clean and simple. Basic living with standing fan (cos the temp was already 21-22⁰c) which was sufficient for a one night stopover. Lots of food available along the main road. Very quiet and peaceful. Residents weren't allowed to wear their own footwear within the premises but slippers were provided, hence the corridors were clean too. Refrigerator and microwave oven are shared. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again if in Tanah Rata.

When we arrived, the lady told us she would have changed our room the day after because the room we were in was facing the street and could be noisy at night and in the morning. We slept like babies that night, so we asked not to be moved. She's been very nice to propose this option, tho. The room is big with a table and a cupboard, the bed is comfortable. The toilets are clean and there's also a small kitchen with cups and a water (hot and cold) dispenser. Location is very convenient as it is right in front of the bus station and also close to many restaurants.

Location is quiet and near to the town. Bus station in walkable distance. Room was clean and had enough space for storage. Owners/staff are kind. You get lots of coffee and tea for free. Scooter rental available.

Location: Very convenient 10mins walk from the bus station Tanah Rata Freesia. Nearby some restaurants, convenient stores and some souvenir item shops. Room The place is well- decorated with beautiful flowers. The lobby and the reception area is very clean. Our room is clean and even the common area. Staff: Mr. Usman the receptionist is very helpful during our check in and even help us booking the tour. The tour here is cheaper comparing to all the travel tours.Its convenient for us. Tour: We paid 50RM each (excluding entrance fees)way better price from Klook or other travel agency. We had an amazing half day tour 8:30-13:00, consist of 4 Belgians, 2 Dutches, 1 French and 1 Filipino.Our driver was amazing we arrived at every location before the big group of tourists. We enjoy the place with less people 😄.It was a pick up and drop off in our hotel.We started and finished the tour on time.Aside from being our Jeepney driver for this tour we had an great photos too taken by him.👍 Highly Recommended for those who will be travelling CH!
