Very nice rooms and toilet. The staff is very nice and speaks good English. We had an issue with leeches from the trek and the staff was very responsive and helpful. They have water refill station. The breakfast is extra but very good, so many things we struggleed to finish. .

Rose was amazing!! She provided us with absolutely everything we needed, organised all of our tours and also took the time to drive us down to our tour and pick us up. She’s completely lovely. The room was very clean, in a nice quiet location and had great air conditioning. I know rose has only recently started so she doesn’t have many reviews yet but my boyfriend and I absolutely loved it here and couldn’t recommend it enough. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped us with everything we needed. Sending love to rose and would definitely stay here again :)

The place is quiet, it has great views, good atmosphere the room was clean and spacious and the food is very tasty! The owners provide all the information you need. It's in the middle of Malaysia, of course we liked that. You have a farm feeling when you get there, there are some chickens and a few roosters besides the jungle animals.

Location was excellent, right close to Taman Negara. The hosts were so friendly and helpful! Always smiling and I felt really welcomed. We even booked the trips through the hotel which was amazing and beds were really comfy too. The wals were covered in beautiful art and it gave a smile on my face. I can rcommend this place really warmly!
