The host Angelo was excellent, provided recommendations for great food and local culture. Accommodation was central but very quiet so a good night’s sleep was possible. little complimentary extras were provided and appreciated!!

Evert was such a welcoming host! His place was perfect for exploring Amsterdam. The unit is beautiful and had a great view of the canal. The stairs are very steep so if you have mobility issues it may not be the place for you. It’s an old canal house so the stairs are part of the charm! We also enjoyed talking to Evert and welcoming his 2 friendly cats. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Excellent accommodation for a solo traveller, in the heart of Amsterdam, close to...EVERYTHING and transport links, Centraal Station, from which you can go EVERYWHERE, in any direction you want. I personally chose to experience the less touristy Amsterdam North, which offers a different atmosphere and innovative museums (STRAAT, Moco, Nxt, Eye Film institute...). Catch the free ferry from centraal station in the direction of NDSM and experience a different Amsterdam. Impeccably tidy room, bed, hot shower and last but not least, wonderful host. 🙂 Thank you Carlos!

The hotel was Close to bus stop and 15 min walk to train which was Very Close, Very good location Lidl 5 mins away. Very easy way of Checking in and out :) Staff very friendly and helpful! Balcony was a huge plus for the room.

LandLust Guesthouse is absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The location is convenient too, close to buss station to Amsterdam, 10 minutes walk by the river. The Purmered is beyond beautiful little town. We ordered a breakfast in room that was made for us every day with fresh goods. The hosts were very kind and didn't bothered us at all, and they recommend nice things to do in their town. I can't praise this place enough. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Amsterdam.
