It was very quiet peaceful and private and I was studying so it had a nice little table and own bathroom also a fridge and freezer to store food and microwave ,jug and toaster. Very safe neighborhood as I parked my car on the street with no problems , I didn't meet the host but they rang to make sure I got the key and were very friendly. Definitely would come here again as I had good privacy and felt at home, Suitable for solo traveller's or couples
