The guest house is in a beautiful building with plenty of space. The location was very close to town, university and Botanical gardens. Breakfast was a lovely bonus! Staff were incredibly friendly too!

This place is a wonderful option if you want to stay in Dunedin with your family. Two bedrooms, two toilets, two showers and a fully functional kitchen. I cannot emphasize enough how a fully functional kitchen is useful: we could make our fried eggs for breakfast! Awesome! The hosts are very nice and give good advice about things to do around the place. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful, allowing for a good night's rest.

This is a really excellent place to stay if you like being surrounded by nature but only a few minutes drive to the city. You wake up to the sun rising, beautiful scenery and a few goats and deer! The cottage is very well set-up and has everything you could need, they even provide milk and eggs to get you started. There are also thoughtful touches like board games and dvds and suggestions of things to do in the area. The hosts, who live next door, are lovely and willing to help in any way. My kids loved feeding the animals. You need to have a car to get around.
