Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off! This place is new and we had a great stay. Good location away from the noise, but only 7 minute walk to the centre. The road is a dirt road, but only a tiny section got muddy when it rained, so very easy to traverse. Also somewhat well lit. The staff were incredibly friendly and so lovely. They’d honestly do anything for you. We were running late for our ferry and they drove us themselves to the port. The room was really clean and the place is new. You also get a bug light in the room, which gives you peace of mind against mosquitoes. You’re also provided a kettle with coffee and some shampoo and body wash. The shower was on the colder side, but the pressure was amazing, best we’ve had so far. You are near local families, so expect some animal noises but it wasn’t too bothersome.

The stay was very good. Beautiful clean rooms and very nice that it is so close to the pool. Unfortunately we had to leave 1 night earlier, and they helped us with everything; the picking up of the scooters, transfer, etcetera. Great service! Thanks a lot, we would definitely recommend staying here.

We prolonged a couple of times due to personal things however the staff was very helpful and friendly about it. Swimming pool is very nice and location is good because it's a bit outside the centre so quiet and relaxed (you can rent very affordable scooters there)

This place was great - clean, spacious, nice beds, perfect AC and Wifi and just a couple of minutes walk from Alona beach. Free water, as well. Such great value. They have tuktuk transport to/from Panglao airport and Tagbilaran port, too. Very friendly hosts.

Everything about this place was perfect! It's a warm and cozy little place, done up beautifully. Full of trees and plants, bringing in that gorgeous green element which makes the place so pretty. The management is also super warm and friendly, and the rooms are cozy and totally sufficient. Great value for money, this place! Would 100% recommend.
