Quiet & comfortable, you have a refrigerator a counter top stove. The patio is great to have a drink and talk or listen to music. The apt is close to San Juan, Condado and la placita. I used it as a staycation to enjoy touristic in area.

Loved the location, cleanliness, everything was so new and the bed mattress was extremely comfortable, like it had Benadryl or something similar because it was extremely hard to stay awake. Loved everything and the staff is ANOTHER STORY, so lovely, helpful, wonderful. Definitely staying here again once we go back to PR.

The separate living and bedroom was nice. It was clean overall. Glad that the parking spot was gated and secure.

Really nice space. Clean, light and comfortable. The shared areas were great. Loved, loved, loved the upstairs work space. Beautiful neighborhood and Walking distance to beaches and awesome restaurants. Quiet and peaceful with great AC, WiFi , hot water, beds and bedding.
