Constancia is a quiet, pretty little village and it was a pleasure to stay there in such a lovely guest house. Paulo our host was fantastic and even took us on a little walking tour. Wonderful old traditional town house in the main street but quiet min the evenings with the original window shutters to block any outside noise, and very kind and hospitable owner . Tomar is beautiful and the fortress and Convent of Christ amazing, so much history, my son and I walked miles right around following the aqua duct and through the lovely woodlands..
