Really loved my hotel room and top 10 in the world for my experience with extensive world travel. Definately exceptional design blend of original old stone with clean contemporary lines, fixtures and comfort. My room overlooking medieval courtyard with fountain and lovely shops theater and restaurants. Hotel building attached to lovely Historaal caffe with excellent coffee vino and food below. Absolutely charming.

Very good room in the center of Barcelos for a very good price. We had a room with 3 persons and 3 single beds. Very new and comfortable. Downstairs is a kitchen and living room so you can chat there with other people staying there. That was very nice!

All good. Considering the price, have to say this is a v good place to stay. Clean! There is also a public living room and kitchen to used. It’s like an albergue but more comfortable than that.!

Great facilities, beautiful garden and the most amazing host! We happened to arrive there during the power outage in Portugal and the host did everything for the guests to be comfortable, have hot water and even a hot meal, as restaurants were closed.

I had a room on the ground floor facing the road. The windows were 100% soundproof and there was an electric roller shutter outside the window, with curtains inside. Everything is brand new at this property and very clean. The air-condition was very good and easy to control. The water pressure of the shower was good, and the water temperature was easy to control. There were good locks on the front door and the room doors and work with a 4-digit code. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge. The property is a short walking distance, 375meters, from a major shopping mall with a very good foodcourt. The parking is on the street but there was always plenty of parking space. I could park my car right in front of my window. Very nice owner.
