The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and all facilities were as I anticipated. I loved the balcony, which was great for people watching and we even had a friendly conversation with the lady who lives in the apartment across the street. Everything was quiet overnight (Sunday/Monday). The character which has been retained in the guesthouse is exceptional.

This property is so nice, such a lovely building and well refurbished. The furniture is stylish, the room is modern, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Coimbra. It is also very well located, close to the university and a short ride to the train station.

Really professional well mannered staff, the girls were helpful and friendly. Breakfast delivered to the room in a basket every morning. Fun decoration, renewed. We booked 2 rooms so they gave us a bottle of champagne. You cannot beat that. Great experience indeed.

Everything- Location right next to the bus station. It was clean and the sound proofing at night was great. 10 mins walk from the centre and safe at night. Kitchen facilities were a bonus too! Check in was fast and staff member friendly. Definitely recommend this accommodation.
