This hotel is a little jewel located on the edge of the old town with a 15 minute walk downtown. Very central. The owner and staff were all lovely, attentive and interested people. The breakfast was excellent and had everything including freshly squeezed orange juice and the BEST coffee. They also have a little private garden where you can relax with a coffee or a drink. I will suggest to all of my friends that they stay nowhere else in Lisbon.

Helen is a fantastic Host, she provided everything I needed for the stay and also provided me with useful information about where to eat at a fair price, where to do my laundry, where to go to find information for tourism and also the kitchen they have helped me saving time for breakfast and afternoon meals.

Rooms was quite big & having very nice view. We were on the 6th floor. The bathroom was quite big & spacious. Hotel has placed a water RO machine and a coffee machine in reception for 24 hrs free service. They also keep few cakes on reception for day munching. The staff is very helpful to suggest routes and places. Even they had arranged fresh hot vegetarian dishes in breakfast.

We had a wonderful experience staying in the most cozy hotel on Rue Augusta. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. I highly recommend anyone to come stay here.
