The host is very kind and gives you all the information in advance. Self check-in and check-out is quick and easy. We got a free room upgrade. Clean and spacious room, bed was very comfortable. Very well equipped and clean shared kitchen. The host really tries to make you feel at home, but sometimes it is over the top. Please note that if your booking already includes the city tax, you don't have to pay it at the property.

Amazing location, with the tram and most attractions and hot spots right on your doorstep. A short walk can get you to all the good tourist spots, and a huge bonus of having the tram stop right in front of the door! Surrounded by great little restaurants, with some good pastel de nata almost right downstairs ;) Excellent housekeeping, with the room always smelling fresh and clean, with crisp linen and fresh towels. The little touch and surprise with piano in the background while enjoying breakfast and a nice view on the plaza in the mornings.. that was my favorite part! For those who can, join the Fado night.. it’s something special. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It is very well located in the well-known Augusta Street with only 1min walking to the elevator and 2min walking to the sea, which we really loved a lot. The rooftop is a good place to enjoy breakfast and morning sunshine to start a lovely day. Staff there are all friendly and helpful. We spent 3 nights there and everything is perfect.
