Clean, air conditioned room with a little fridge - which was very helpful during the hot days we stayed here. Dog friendly, with a little private yard. We were surprised by how beautiful, peaceful and quit this place was. 5 🌟

The hotel is very good! Everything as stated in the description and even better! Special thanks to the owner, who is ready to help on any issue, pleasant to talk to, sympathetic to the problems of Ukrainians who are forced to move around Europe. At the entrance to the hotel, we smelled diesel fuel in the car, found a leak under the hood, but there was no point in figuring it out in the evening. When checking in, I asked the owner about the nearest service in the vicinity. He said that in the morning, after coffee, which he would personally treat us to, he would show us where to go. In the morning, before coffee, I asked how long can my wife stay in the room while I deal with the car problem? To which I received the answer that you can stay as long as you like and moreover - for free! It turns out that he has already provided more than 150 Ukrainians with the opportunity to live for free in his beautiful small hotel! By the way, who needs to service the car, there are many different services nearby, I saw disassembly and so on. After aromatic coffee, the owner personally took me to the master, explained the problem (language barrier) and agreed with him that in 15-20 minutes he would come to our car near his hotel. While I was waiting for the master, I found a leak, it was not a big problem for the master to fix it. Upon arrival in the evening, we asked the owner of the hotel where it is better to eat, he advised a normal establishment not far away, a couple of minutes by car. But we love to walk on foot, especially since the car smelled badly of diesel fuel, we scored a dot in the navigator on the phone and after 15 minutes we were already choosing dishes on the menu. Dinner came out not expensive, about 25 dollars with 2 liters of beer. When my wife and I left the room with the intention of having lunch in a cafe not far away, the owner's wife met us in the corridor and said that there was lunch for us and we needed to go to the reception.

Communication and check-in was easy and prompt. The room and bed was very comfortable, and the complex has great amenities, the pool was a bonus! Very friendly and helpful hosts who showed us around on arrival. 15 minute walk to the theatre in the centre of Arad. We highly recommend this place

The staff was super friendly and very responsive to our needs. Also the place was clean and cozy.

The guesthouse is in a nice location, 2km from the city center, it's easy to walk downtown and back. The room was really clean, besides regular toiletries, there were two towels per person, plus one for the floor and the hair dryer. Value for money is great, the staff speaks excellent English and is available 24/7. If I come back to Arad, I won't look for another place and stay here.

Very nice owner, always helpful and there for you. This was our second stay at Alexander and I can only recommend it. Clean room, enough facilities and a parking on site.

Appropiate for exit to Hungary border. Nice garden
