Lovely family who keeps this business running made our stay feel welcome and comfortable starting off with a welcome handmade drink. The rooms are all new, clean and very well kept. The surroundings are brilliant. High green mountains, a small running river, local honey made by the beekeeper and so much wanted calmness. Will definitely come back for the winter season.

I honestly don't know how to begin to describe this, it’s not my usual kind of review. 🙂 Casa Lucia welcomed me with a "big hug" from the moment I stepped into the yard. The instant I entered the house, I was overwhelmed by a feeling of comfort, warmth, and excitement. I’ve never felt this level of comfort anywhere else except home, until now. Of course, the friendly and well-behaved dogs and cats contributed to this feeling; honestly they’re the kind of pets anyone would want at home. The host was incredibly hospitable and always available for anything we needed. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail surpassed that of any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed at. This place exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking to ski, hike, or visit nearby tourist sites, there are plenty of options available. There’s even a dedicated area for kids in the yard, making it perfect for families. Casa Lucia remains a favorite place in my heart, and I will visit as many times as I can. There are no words to fully express how grateful I am to have found this place. When you visit, you will understand exactly what I’m talking about. You could imagine I left with tears in my eyes. Oh and also I slept better than I do at home 😁 Thank you for making us feel so comfortable!❤️

This is very bad accommodation, I booking 2 nights, and first night I must call to police, because the owner don’t answer phone when other the guests got drunk and wanted to throw us out because we were Polish, first the owner promised a refund for that night and then he insulted me in a private message, please be careful

We liked the big garden with the different possibilities to enjoy the being outside. Very funny and interesting was to enjoy the romanian weekend party life. Plenty of things you can explore in the mountains arround.

Everything!!!! The best location, right in the centre of Piatra-Neamț, next to the entrace to telecabina (cable cars). There are a lot of supermarkets and cafeteria nearby - Kaufland, Mall, Lidl, etc... The rooms are spacious and clean!!! The host was welcoming and polite. Parking space in front of the hotel. We will travel again to Piatra-Neamț in summer and we will definitely choose Lido again!!! We can't wait to visit Piatra-Neamț and Cheile Bicazului!!!
