The place is very near the awroport , be careful with taxi driver there , like all taxi drivers at awroport anywhere in the world . They will Drive you around , just tell Them to call the owner who is a lovely young person .also book for the first floor only , there the rooms are great , Quiet and with motiorbike You can go at the centre

The staff were absolutely amazing. I was in transit for twelve hours, so booked them on Booking. The TV was not working and quite frankly I discovered closer hotels opposite the airport but staying here was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was asked back into the airport by Animal Control & security to clear some boxes and staff escorted and waited outside for me for over two hours. They went above and beyond to tell me about their country and people, took me out to lunch and paid for it as I did not have the local currency and no one took cards and also helped me plan my next trip to see Gorillas in Rwanda. The staff had studied tourism and as this was my area of interest, they explained that they would look up more information on my behalf while proposing more interesting itineraries. They booked my return taxis to ensure I got to the airport on time ...I could go on and on - basically this was the best experience possible. All I needed was a bed to rest and a place shower but I got soo much more!!

I normally don't write feedback or comments. However, I have to admit Staykigali fulfilled my expectations, very large room that contains kitchen, with all the facilities, private shower and toilet, king-size bed, and everything very clean. Above all, Mr Benjamin and his employee Bobo are amazing. The way they welcome me making me feel as if I am at home and forget my pain and tiredness after the long journey. I became a friend and brother to the as if i knew them for long. They go the extra mile to support me whenever I need something from outside. I highly recommend everyone to visit Staykigali if you want to have the best service and accommodation.
