It was lovely and clean, comfortable with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was wonderful and apples for us to take out for our day was appreciated. The staff were fabulous, so helpful, friendly, accomodating and kind. Martina in particular.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Lin was very nice and helpful, and even offered to do an early check in. The room was well lit even when underground, and the spaces were clean, wide, and spatious.

I was very chuffed to have secured one of the rooms at relatively short notice. The views naturally are not as nice from the first floor where I was located as from the upper storeys, but the location is well within the historic centre and the vibes wafting in off the pedestrian promenade were lovely enough. Even though the very traffic-heavy bridge delimiting the centre to the south is just a few paces away, there was hardly any related noise, which speaks to the quality of the insulation. The staff were in constant contact to ascertain my exact time of arrival, and took great care to make sure they were there personally to let me in. Check-in times at least in theory are pretty liberal. I have to come back some time to check out the panorama from the higher floors!
