Rid was an amazing owner of Lanta Para Hut. When we arrived he greeted us and offered to cancel our booking because we couldn’t ride a scooter. He took the time to teach us if we wanted to try. In the end he helped us sort out renting a bike/car/ and tours.

We had a nice time there and even extended once. The owner is very nice and even drove my girlfriend to the dentist without any charge. The room was clean and spacious enough for two. Aircon, TV, shower etc. worked flawlessly.

The manager was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The room was very cozy and cute - shared areas were kept very clean. Had a lovely family sort of vibe.

Beautiful small family run place, they're super nice and helpful, the food is really nice too. A minute to walk to the beach, 7-eleven and a bunch of restaurants at the top of the road, out of the way of the bar areas but still got everything you need

The family was super friendly, really cute kids and a cute cat! Breakfast was a huge plus and has everything you need - toast, margarine, jam, peanut butter, nutella and plenty of fresh fruit (also tea, coffee, juice). We could do our laundry for 50 baht/kilo and rent a motorbike for 180 baht/day. The family also arranged a drop off at the port for 200 baht. Would highly recommend!

I mean.. I am coming back next year for sure. Do you need a better recommendation? I loved this little place and the homely cozy atmosphere there. We stayed for almost a week and I was very sad to leave. They are the reason I love Lanta! The location might not be on the beach but plenty of good food restaurants around and a nice gym.
