Can’t recommend this place enough! So homely and clean and accessible to all the hotspots on the island. The owner was so lovely and brought us fresh fruit, breakfast and water every morning! And also sorted us a bike rental straight away. 10/10 from us! One of our favourite places we stayed in the whole of Thailand!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supported us in every way. He not only arranged a scooter for us but also one with a sidecar, exactly in the quality we wanted. Later, he even drove us to the pier. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious, individually customized breakfast that was not only tasty but also very reasonably priced. The entire property is lovingly maintained by the owner, his wife, and an employee. Everything was spotless and in top condition. The houses, built in 2019, are well-designed – modern, comfortable, and excellently maintained. A special highlight was the fish pond behind the property. My son and I were allowed to fish there for free, and afterward, I was even able to use the owner's kitchen to fry the fish fresh – a fantastic experience! Overall, we were completely satisfied – both with the host and the entire accommodation. If you’re looking for a warm atmosphere, excellent service, and a beautiful place to stay, this is the perfect spot! We will definitely be back.

Very clean room and garden/outside facilities. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating. We rented a scooter from them, which made things even easier. Would definitely recommend!

The location is great, moving around with scooters was perfect and the beaches are great and with nobody! The houses are cute and very clean in a beautiful rubber tree plantation! Il bagno è condiviso.

The place has the most amazing view, the sunrise over Phang Nga Bay is epic. The bungalows, the garden and the pool are great. Very good value for the money. The family who runs the place and Young from the reception were always there to help us and to offer small gifts. The food at their restaurant is delicious like all thai food. We also rented scooters from the property, some days we were offered for free. A small village and the very good La Luna Pizzeria is at walking distance, for the fresh market, the national park we had to drive. But it was great! The island has a special vibe and wilderness, and beauty, I want to come back and for sure I will be back❤️

for the price, a nice room, there is a gym right next door, and there is the only and at the same time the most beautiful beach on this side of the island.

Sunrise House is located right on the beach in Ko Yao Noi, 21 km from James Bond Island. The property features barbecue facilities, as well as a garden.
