Location was excelent , few minutes to soi 7 , soi 6 , termimal 21, Honey-1, sabai deen massage places, central festiva, Central mareina shopping complexes and easily walk to beach road and reach walking street, soi 13/1,13/2 . any one travelling , my advise omly use BATH BUSES , YOU ONLY NEED 10 BATH TO GO TO ALL THESE PLACES. Can have a world class foods from terminal 21 food court , price is lower than any place in pattaya.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Well organised, all essential amenities were provided, and most importantly clean and good toilet within the room. Also, the reception lady was very nice and provided extra bottles of water. Can't expect for this affordable price and highly recommend everyone. Also, it is very close to all bars and famous walking street. Will definitely come back again here.

Wonderful guesthouse on Soi 3, Pattaya. Nice quiet friendly area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Walking distance to the beach, public transport (baht bus) and some of the livelier parts of town. The guesthouse itself is spotlessly clean and safe with friendly and helpful staff. All at a great price. Highly recommended.
