Amazing stay in all of my thailand trip, great room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. super efficient staff, the lady quickly washed my clothes and dry them in 2 hours and for a good price. Location is nice and you get to hire their bikes to cycle around those ancient ruins. we'll done, thank you

This is a nice guesthouse. The location is convenient as it's in the center of the new town, close to the main road to the old town. You can easily call Bolt to get to the old town or possibly to the train station. We got 2 rooms, one was in the first floor of main building and one was in one of the bungalows. Both rooms were nice, convenient and clean including the private bathrooms. The beds were comfortable with perfectly clean sheets. The Internet worked well. There are restaurants and supermarket just on the main street. Amazon Cafe some 10 minutes away. The morning market is just a minute at the temple. The new town is a nice place to see real Thailand without too many tourists. We enjoyed staying here and would be happy to come back.

we stayed in one of the newer rooms and it was so clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed and pillows, amazing shower with great pressure, lots of room, tons of outlets, big fridge… breakfast was good, served on the patio outside the room. we had some laundry done in 1 day which was much needed! we left early to catch our bus and they provided breakfast that had some portions that were easy to take with us. they also organized someone to drive us to the bus in New Sukhothai and the driver stayed with us until she was sure everything was good with our bus. oh, and they loaned us bikes for no extra charge - checked and pumped the tires before we bikes off.
