Everything is good. If u have a car or motocycle, location is nothing. Room is cozy and very clean. Breakfast is also incredible and hosts are really kind and mindful. Thanks for everything😀 Of course parking lot is spacious!

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the center (10-15min walking). There is a supermarkt down the street (it does not sell alcohol, fyi). The rooms are really spacious and beds are very comfortable. Shower heads look small but they have great water pressure. Breakfast is served upstairs against a beautiful view of the hills. We were told it is also possible to watch the baloons but we were never awake that early. There is a communal garden with seats and tables where all guests can hang out in. Our hosts were super attentive and helpful.

Avne & Lütfiye & Osman are very friendly hosts. They make their guests live easy at all costs. Göreme is a small town where everyone knows each other, and Lütfiye is well connected to help solve any of the guests issues. Highly recommended.

It had stone rooms and cave rooms. It was very well maintained. Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Delicious breakfast with very fresh food. Lovely and easily accessible terrace with great views. The staff were extremely helpful. We could also get laundry done. Excellent location v close to the bus station.
