We had a great stay at Kale Konac Cappadocia. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was amazing: we feasted on an array of olives, jams, bread, cheeses, eggs, and more. The cats and dogs were ever present and so sweet. The hostess was very kind and helpful. Uçhisar castle is right next to the hotel and there are shops, restaurants, and hiking trails within close walking distance.

Gedik is one of the few 'cave hotels' that's actually built into the rock. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nihat is very attentive to customers and makes yeu feel at home. The location is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent. This was my second time staying at Gedik and I'd choose it again.

The staff and the owner were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The owner went above and beyond by helping us arrange a birthday cake at a very reasonable price and even assisted with taking photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
