The owner is pretty kindly and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for staying The hotel provides everything. (Like hairdryer, towel and shampoo etc…..) Sound insulation is quite good, but the pillow a little bit too high for me. They provide some snacks and drinks on second floor, the environment is quiet.

It was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the nice open kitchen and dining area upstairs. Furthermore, after a long journey, it was really great that we were able to do laundry without going out. We like the design and hospitality. Definitely a place that we will consider to revisit.

Can't fault the place, everything we needed. Great location, fantastic facilities that are new and we designed. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Make sure you have Google translate, not much English spoken but helpful staff.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us a great introduction to Tainan and recommended lots of food and activities that we enjoyed.

Something different than a normal boring hotel. I loved my stay at Loku. It's very convenient, many cafes and restaurants around. Owner is very nice and helpful. The room is lovely and nicely decorated. Very comfy.

We were late in checking in since our flight got delayed but Amy was very kind and understanding about it. She waited for us and was very hospitable and helpful as well. The location was great as it was near the train station. Amy sent us a guide on how to get to the property as well. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and of a decent size. Highly recommended!
