We loved Ocean Breeze! We felt so welcome from the moment we first stepped in. The room was HUGE and very comfortable - they've recently renovated the rooms, entryway and kitchen area. They all look great. I cannot comment enough on how friendly the staff all were, and how willing they were to make your time on Zanzibar the best time ever. Thanks to Abdalla for always going above and beyond to help us, Abduli for walking us to the markets and a quiet local beach, and Esther for the amazing breakfasts every morning.

Minah's Bungalows is a hidden gem in Nungwi. It met all my expectations and exceeded them. The rooms are beautiful and spatious with very comfortable beds. The pool is also beautiful and of a very good size, lighted in the evenings. The garden is sooo pleasant. The breakfast is veried and very tasty. The staff was very helpful in all issues. Wifi connection is smooth and strong (I had to work during my stay). I totally recommend this place and will definitely come back :o)

Our stay at Carpe Diem was exactly what we wanted, thanks to the very nice and friendly owners - Haluk and Nana. They provided us with the most important information, advice, and even suggestions on how to make the most of our time there, all at affordable prices. They also advised us on how to interact with the locals and how to select the tour offers that are truly worthwhile. This was the best service we could have received. The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast/meals were delicious. The terrace is the perfect place to retreat from the sun when you need a break and a coffee/cold beer. 😊 We are very grateful that we met Haluk and Nana, who were available at any time for any request or discussion. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean, the food is good, and there is cute little monkey too , that shows up sometime. The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk away. When you leave the accommodation, it’s best to turn left and just follow the road all the way.

Lovely house with a beautiful court yard and nice dinning area to chill out. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Healthy and delicious home made breakfast. Lovely kitten to play around. Very friendly staff, always eager to help. Being able to book motorbike and taxi through them is a bonus!
