Room was comfortable and clean. My check-in at midnight was not a problem for the hosts (thank you). Bathroom is shared but I didn't have any problems with occupancy, it was very clean as well. There are two subway stations in proximity of 5-10 mins walking. Perfect place for low-cost city break.
