Breakfast was 5 out of 5. Food was tasty, fresh and menu was well balanced. The breakfast room décor, Dinnerware/teapots etc. and friendly attentive stuff helped with a pleasant start of our day

It was a bit different. Loved the garden, and sat out in it before going out for dinner. Having a parking space was brilliant as we could leave the car and walk everywhere

I was delighted with my room. The pictures did not do it justice. Everything was perfect-including the lovely cake, variety of teas and sugars. So many little extras for our comforts. Patrick and Kelly went above and beyond as host and hostess. The smell of (I believe) honeysuckle outside the door was intoxicating. Loved every minute of it.
