This was a fantastic budget hotel to stay in. Location was great, just inside the city wall. Easy walking to everything. Olya the lady who runs it is lovely, she makes a super breakfast and likes you to eat as she says we need the energy for all the site seeing. She also runs this hotel entirely by herself, I don’t know how she does it.

Great little homestay, we booked three rooms for our group of friends and had the entire place to ourselves. Aslan was a good host and very helpful before we even arrived, he gave good advice about train ticket bookings and even offered to do it for us if we couldn't. He also arranged an excellent driver, Bahadır, to pick us up at the airport and then drive us to Bukhara. The rooms were comfortable and breakfasts, prepared by Aslan's mother, were a traditional culinary treat. This hotel is in a fabulous location inside the Ichan Qala and we would highly recommend it.

The guesthouse is in a great location, and the room was lovely and comfortable. The meals were delicious, and the place had a warm, homely atmosphere. The hosts were kind and spoke English well, which made everything easier. They also introduced us to a driver who took us on a private tour of the ruins — he was friendly and made the trip truly enjoyable.

This family hotel offers you private rooms at the price of a bed in a hostel. Located just a couple hundred meters outside the fortress. A decent breakfast is included in the price and served at a requested time. You can also order other meals or ask for a gratis pot of tea. Guests' questions are mostly addressed by the owner who speaks Russian and his daughter who speaks decent English. Although it is a family house, the rooms are detached from the family in a way to respect the privacy of the guests. The rooms themselves are probably better then they look at the pics, at the level of a 3-star hotel. They are far from cheap, look fresh, have decent space and high ceilings, A/C, bed lighting, a set of towels, quality mattresses and bed linen, clean carpet, wardrobe, comfy chair, bedside tables and fancy curtains, hair-dryer and washing accessories at the private bathrooms. Really not bad at this price!!

The guest house is located in the perfect position in the city center of Khiva, it is clean and has all the comforts. Good breakfast, made at the moment, with magic view on minaret. The host is incredibly kind and guided us in several tours either from the airport, to the city of Bukhara and to the fortresses in the desert.

Perfect position to visit the city centre, quiet small residential road but very close to the landmarks of Old Khiva. Nice hosts, very kind and available. Pleasant breakfast in the private and peaceful courtyard!

Nice place to stay in Khiva, inside the city center but in a quieter area close to the walls. The host helped us organizing also the transfer from Khiva to Nukus. The room was clean and comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at this Guesthouse. The rooms are nice and I had a great view to the Kalta Minor in the city center. Even though its directly in the old town its very silent at night. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices that varied each day. They helped me with everything I needed and offered delicious tea. Very welcoming family! Highly recommend this Guest House.

This is an ideally situated and good value for money guest house in the walls of khiva. The hosts were so lovely and made a delicious breakfast every morning. The rates were reasonable, it was quiet enough around that area whilst also being very close to everything. The bed was a little too stiff for me, but everything else worked well. I would definitely stay here again!

The guesthouse has an excellent location, in a very quiet part of the historic centre. There are shops and nice restaurants close by. The historic monuments are short walks away. I had a spacious and quiet room upstairs. The 2 brothers who are the hosts provide a solid breakfast. And they are most hospitable and helpful. All in all, I had a terrific stay at the guest house.
