the owner is very helpful and highly efficient - he helped us a lot to make out the most of our staying in Hué. He allowed us an early check in and proposed good programs. For the breakfast there is a good choice and the tasty meal is topped with a fantastic fruit plate. If I happen to return to Hué I will stay there again!

Clean and comfortable. Amazing location close to a wide range of food options: cheap authentic local food, cafes catered to Westerners, bars, street stalls, sit-down restaurants, etc. The staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable. They offered so much complimentary water, bananas, and tea. They carried our heavy luggage up 5 flights of stairs. They connected us with a cheaper taxi to the airport (cheaper than Grab). And they were eager to answer questions about tourism in Hue. Amazing value too. The room had a fridge, wardrobe, and shelves. We extended our original stay. I'll be recommending this place to my friends, so please don't hog up all the rooms!

Everything was perfect. Thuy and her husband are great hosts and they do everything to make your stay hassle-free. They have a good heart and are very helpful (thank you for taking the spider out of my room!). They helped me to organize my day out, they made me feel at home. The kids were so nice and friendly, I was happy to share a meal with them. The place itself is beautiful. You can borrow a bike for free and visit the area, there is a pagoda nearby and a bicycle path along the river. I recommend 100%

We had a good stay here. We were able to check in very early as our bus arrived earlier than expected. The self check in service was great. We rented bikes around the corner and it was about a 10 minute cycle to the Hue Imperial City. We were able to store our bags there until our evening bus the following day.

Beautiful room and bathroom and nice location just outside the centre in a nice looking estate :) I was a bit skeptical about booking as there wasn’t many reviews but I’m glad I did! The owner was lovely and we ended up booking another night the balcony is spacious and nice! Also there’s a lovely little coffee shop right opposite. Book this!

The place is located a good distance from the city center and other popular landmarks, very accessible with car/taxi or scooter. I love the interior and overall atmosphere of the accommodation, very pleasing and stylish. The people working there were also super sweet and helpful, even lending us umbrellas when it's sunny out.
