I have nothing negative to say about this accommodation. We had a wonderful stay. It was big and spacious, very well equipped and nice big comfortable bed. It was in a quiet area but close enough for a quick walk and you are in the centre of the town. Everywhere you look you are surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery. During our stay there was a big power outtage due to Eskom but the accommodation still had basic necessities like lights, TV and warm water. You can see that Manie made a lot of effort to make the place cozy and comfortable.

If I could give more than 10, I would definitely do. Very cozy place with such attention to details (homemade cookies upon arrival) and a beautiful view from the bedroom. The kindness of Mercia is an absolute plus, she made us feel home from the beginning. And the breakfast is delicious, with organic food from the the garden. 100% recommended, I will come back for sure! Thank you so much Mercia!

Beautiful place with the most amazing gardens. The entire place exceeded our expectations. The level of detail and thoughtful spaces was so impressive. This is a place where the owners didn't skimp on anything. They have everything to make your stay super comfortable. The accommodation is on a livestock farm, so a little tip - take something for flies. There is doom in the rooms, but somehow the flies were persistent. The hosts and staff and their dogs were super hospitable.

Set in Clarens and located within short walking distance from the Town Square, Mt Horeb Manor boasts a terrace and views of the surrounding mountains. Free private parking is available on site.

The guest house was conveniently located walking distance to the town centre in a beautiful setting. The hosts were lovely and even arranged a last minute early breakfast for us as we had to check out early.
