Room was fine breakfast was good welcome when we arrived was not so good we arrived at 1200 check was 1400 but i have found in hotels if the room is ready they let you check in . The lady in the restaurant told us in no uncertain terms to go away and come back at check in time . So we did had a walk around the town some lunch and returned same lady showed us to the room which was fine but she certainly needs a bit of training in how to greet people .

I loved my stay at Stoep!! My experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The breakfast was exceptional and a big shoutout to the staff as well, they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Such a beautiful property, grounds are well kept as well as the pool. There is even access to the national forest behind the property which is also beautiful and a good walk. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming the house manager was very helpful in finding a beautiful restaurant for us to have an evening meal at and also even sorted the booking for us, she also had so much helpful advice on activities we could do while we were there. Would happily come back to stay here at ibis house again and again.
