The place was very clean, its like staying in a penthouse. Communication was instant. Customer service was extremely exceptional. Very peaceful, quiet and secure place. Location was excellent in a very quiet neighbourhood and the bonus was having a security guard onsite overnight which made us feel more comfortable. Breakfast was ok, maybe in the future they could offer more choices for vegetarians. The staff went above and beyondto make sure that we had everything we needed. Sisi Fari and Sarah were very professional and I would stay here without a doubt when back in Harare. This was truly a home away from home. And thank you to Samira as well, absolutely exceptional host.
