Helga’s guesthouse is the best accommodation I’ve been so far in my life. It is in a beautifully charming and calm setting overlooking the mountains and the Ohrid lake on the beutiful Lin peninsula. The property seems newly built and is made of high quality design and comfort. The staff was extremely kind and provided tips for my stay. The breakfast was so good I will tell my grandkids in 40 years time. I spent most of my days in the Macedonian side and had to cross the border just to sleep at Helga’s but it was absolutely worth it. I will return and can highly recommend

The facilities in the room were alright, with a modern bathroom as well and wifi working fine - the meals provided are basic but very yummy, the dinner with the fresh fish from the lake was especially good - the hosts are friendly and welcoming. - parking is available if you come by car, although there are just a couple of spots, meaning that in high season there may not be enough space for all the vehicles
