To start with, hotel has an exceptional location - in a quiet area but within 5mins walk to the main street of Ushuaia that has all shops and restaurants. Secondly, the room itself and especially view from the window - it was an absolute pleasure to watch sunrise and sunset there - definitely add one star for that. The hotel itself is very cosy and has nice reception area and restaurant that serves quite good breakfast - eggs, ham, cheese, medialunas, tea/coffee. The room was super cosy, had small fridge and kettle. Bathroom had bathtub and all other amenities. Pity I had to leave - would definitely stay longer. P.S.: just an advice for hotel to add "do not disturb" and "clean my room" signs. I don't usually like my room to be cleaned if I am staying for short period of time and put "do not disturb" sign but they didn't have it so when I came back to the room in the middle of the day, the lady was cleaning it so I had to explain in my poor Spanish that there is no need to do that :)

Joel and Flor are absolutely amazing hosts! They make you feel like home and Joel has an amazing knowledge about the area and offers to help with shoutle transfers etc. The hostel was super clean every day and has a very well equipped kitchen! The breakfast comes in pre-prepared containers therefore you can have it at anytime you want which is ideal if you have an early start. It also is a lot! Comfortable beds and pillows as well.

At the guest house, the units are fitted with a wardrobe. With a shared bathroom, units at the guest house also provide guests with free WiFi. At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. I loved the location on top of the hill, it was so nice to sit by the window and watch Ushuaia and the Beagel Channel. I appreciated it very much that at the end I was able to stay a few hours longer to shower and cook dinner before heading to the airport. Wonderful host - speaks very well English.

Set in Ushuaia and only 4 km from Encerrada Bay, Buenavida Guesthouse offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features garden views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. We loved Buenavida Guesthouse! The room we had was more like a little apartment with plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. We had a fridge in our room and Claudia stocked the room with bread, jam, cereal and milk so that you can have breakfast when you want. There is also a stove/grill in the living room area if you did want to cook. Claudia and her husband were the perfect hosts as they were really helpful, giving us lots of good recommendations for things to do and checking we had what we needed but they were not intrusive. The property is a 15 minute walk into town, however I think the price of the room reflected this, and we didn’t mind the stroll at the end of the day to stay somewhere that was peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hosteria Kaiken is 5 km from Tolhuin and 95 km from Ushuaia. Free parking is provided. Beautiful hotel and room. The view of Lago Fagnano was incredible.

All three brothers were charming and helpful. They served an early delicious breakfast to accommodate our travel needs. Easy walking distance to main commercial area and port. Excellent value for the money.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. we really liked this hotel. it was very warm and clean and had the feel of a ski chalet. Rogelio made us an exceptional seafood dinner. the hotel is in a quiet residential area but you need a car to get into the centre of town.
