At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable; we were welcomed with a free mulled wine which made us relax into an unfamiliar place. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The buffet breakfast was also delicious.

These classically decorated rooms are bright and colour, with wooden floors and wooden furnishings. Each room provides an en suite bathroom, and all rooms include a TV and some of them have balcony. Great family run hotel in the Bavarian Alps. Great breakfast and the host and staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains. Fantastic place. The owner is so warm while we checked in. Will definitely recommend this place

All units at the guest house are fitted with a seating area. There is a private bathroom with walk-in shower in some units, along with bathrobes, slippers and a hair dryer. At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. We arrived and our hostess found us outside and greeted us right away – she spoke fluent English. She immediately provided us with a map, gave us information about the surroundings that we were planing to go see, and showed us to a beautiful room. It was fully equipped with shampoo, towels, hairdryer... everything was lovely, and there was even a balcony with a view of the mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable – after a long hike, it felt like pure luxury. In the morning, our hostess welcomed us downstairs with coffee + tea and eggs made as wanted. There was fresh bread, ham, cheese, butter, nutela, jam... nothing was missing. It’s rare to find this level of comfort in the mountains for such a reasonable price, and with such a wonderful hostess. Thank you very much for the stay it was amazing. Klára

A lovely, freshly renovated accomodation which is quaint and modern at the same time. Big bathroom, comfy beds, super breakfast and very friendly owners.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Very nice owners who even took me to the start of a very cool walk! Nice large room with balcony, comfortable bed. Extensive breakfast. Everything great! I would love to come back here!

Location is good with 5 mins walk to center and 3 mins walk to bus stop also visitor card provided. Room is spacious with comfy bed. Overall I had excellent time there. Owners very tentative and kind.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. It might seem that I exaggerate, but we really had the time of our lives!! Thanks to the hotel, Simon, and the beautiful area. Me (27M) and my girlfriend(23F) could not have found a better place. We were well prepared (or so we thought) and knew exactly what to do, where and when, until we met Simon. He was super friendly and helped us refine our activities with secret local spots and choosing the right day for each activity. For my girlfriend and me this was perfect. (Even if you are not so well prepared Simon will point you towards all the gems exactly tailored to your wishes.) The appartment itself is super clean and recently renovated (while keeping the rustic alpine style). We loved the cozy wooden interior and the bed was very comfortable (including the pillows!!). I almost forgot the great view, see the photo. The location directly at the Fernpass road B179, was ideal for us. We had many things planned such as Zugspitze, Neuschwannstein, Drachensee, Partnachklamm, Breitachklamm and canyoning, which were all within 1h driving (many even much less). This was ideal for us and made a super action packed, beautiful vacation possible for us. Last but not least Simon made a custom mountainbike loop exactly to my wishes, which was one of the coolest (and hardest, cardio wise) experiences I have had in a while, completely for free. He has an amazing collection of bikes which you can borrow for free. With that I would like to conclude that I can only very much recommend staying here. Best wishes, R & E

Haus Kohlberghof has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Bichlbach, 7.5 km from Train Station Lermoos. It is located 12 km from Train Station Reutte in Tyrol and features luggage storage space. The guest house features family rooms. The host was wonderful and always there when we needed her. The apartment was spotless. It had everything we needed.
