The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The woman who served us breakfast was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our mornings delightful. Cable TV and a minibar are a standard in each room. Location was amazing with the best views, staff members are so friendly and co-operating, very quiet area, breakfast was tasty and plenty, room and the balcony are spacious. No noise at all. The spacious rooms at Gasthaus zum Kreuz are non-smoking. All feature wooden furniture, cable TV, and a bathroom. Received a free upgrade to a room with an evening view of the sunset on the mountains. The room was huge! Bed was comfy and held multiple pillows. Robert was very conscientious and remembered our breakfast order every day. Easy transport into Luzern. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was beautiful, very clean, accommodating. Overall wonderful and comfortable stay. The location is so quiet and peaceful !!! Food was delicious !
