The highlights of our stay were definitely the unique experiences offered by the hotel—making dumplings with the staff was a fun and memorable activity, and the homemade wines were an absolute treat! This hotel is a hidden gem with amazing staff, a serene atmosphere, and a perfect location for those wanting to experience the Great Wall in a more intimate, local way. Highly recommend!

It’s located very close to the Gubeiku Great Wall entrance. The lady running the place is kind and friendly. There are tiny details in the guesthouse that add to the charm of the place. The food was fresh and delicious. The cherry on the top of the cake were the cats!!

Location is super easy to get around the city and to/from airport (remember to do screenshots if you don't have internet access or get a map). Writing of hotel is only in chinese so we passed it at first, but it looks like the picture on here. Service was excellent. Such nice people! Heaps of local restaurants and shops around the corner from the hotel too. Would love to stay here again.

There are washing machines and a tumble dryer on site which is very useful and the staff will take out the washing for you if you go out for the day. The location is a big plus point to this hotel with Lamas temple a short walk away, restaurants, coffee shops, casual bars and a metro stop. There is facilities to make up some easy food if you wanted to. The room itself is a satisfactory size.
