The guest house provides a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We really liked this hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

At Zhangjiajie Walishanfang Guest Hous every room is fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Wally was very helpful with providing information about the park and helped us with an itinerary. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walking from the East Entrance to the park. The bed is comfortable, the wet room is clean and the shower has good pressure. Wally even let us leave our bags in the room and use the shower again after our last day in the park (of course this was conditional on there being no new guests directly after us). Lovely place, fully recommend!

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. The location is close to one of the park's entrance which is perfect in order to start early your journey. The staff was kind, friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and in chinese style. The room was clean and had everything you need including toothbrush. I definitely recommend it. To conclude, I would like to thank again all the staff :)

Everything was good tbh, the person at the reception provided outstanding services for my trip, it was affordable and comfy, I would go eyes closed. It was the best I've been to in China. Many thanks!
