After arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the room - clean sheets, comfy mattresses. They clean your room everyday. The hotel is also 5 min away on foot from the eastern entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. Mountain View Guesthouse is also located on the main street, surrounded by multiple restaurants, where tourists can eat delicious local food.

Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do.

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. Amazing stay! The hotel was top-notch and the staff made us feel right at home. Huge shoutout to Ming - he went above and beyond, patiently explaining everything and giving us fantastic local tips that made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!
